Naseej Castle Industries is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead its marketing and business development activities, with a strong focus on expanding the company’s presence in the Saudi Arabian market.The company specializes in uniforms, workwear, hotel linens, bedding, medical and school uniforms, fabrics, and other textile products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for the Saudi market.Identify new B2B customers, markets, and business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, hospitals, schools, companies, contractors, government suppliers, and other organizations.Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into contracts and sales.Conduct market and competitor research to identify new areas for growth.Prepare and support proposals, presentations, quotations, and marketing materials.Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and business visits in Saudi Arabia.Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support company growth.Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.The position is based in Egypt and requires regular travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
