Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-volume environment. Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques. Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. High level of personal presentation and professionalism. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible, energetic, and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
