Instead, please forward the communication(s) to us at [HIDDEN TEXT] so that we may provide it to relevant law enforcement agencies, as appropriate.Websitehttp://www.hikma.com Job Purpose:To perform standard engineering assignments in order to solve problems and conduct operational studies and research that optimizes the production/maintenance process and manages the cost of the operations.Job Specific Accountabilities:Implements all relevant Engineering Operations and Maintenance policies, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Leads and directs the officers/technicians or operations teams within the shift to comply with the directions of the Engineering team.Inspects system performance and functionality after the accomplishment of any recommended modification, maintenance task or significant event/special assignment in order to detect any anomalies.Monitors all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects and other occurrences to prevent any instances that could affect the continuing operations.Analyses components durability and failure trends to prepare preventive maintenance plans.Provides technical guidance and coaching/support for technical or operation teams to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills.Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service procedures.Monitors the operating conditions in order to identify and respond appropriately to problems, allocate or escalate them as necessary while monitoring and recording their rectification.Evaluates process and requirements to prepare operation plans that leverage Hikma's Engineering Operations and maintenance activities. Continuous ImprovementContributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering.Experience from 5-6 years, preferred in FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics industries.Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.Strong Leadership, Planning and Organization capabilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.Very good command of English (spoken & written).
