Requirements:*

  • Minimum *5 years of relevant Property Management experience in the UAE*, preferably Dubai.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate and tenancy regulations.

  • Proven experience managing residential buildings, apartments, villas, and commercial properties.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and operational management skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

  • UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, CRM, and Property Management systems.

We are looking for an experienced *Property Management Manager* to join our team in Dubai and take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our residential and commercial property portfolio.*Key Responsibilities:*Manage the complete property management operation, including owners, tenants, contractors, maintenance, renewals, and collections.Supervise maintenance requests, inspections, quotations, work orders, and job completion.Manage and evaluate contractors and service providers.Monitor tenancy renewals, rent collections, outstanding payments, and vacancy periods.Ensure compliance with *RERA, DLD, Ejari, and Dubai tenancy regulations*.Control property-related operating expenses, petty cash, maintenance budgets, and vendor payments.Maintain strong communication and relationships with property owners and tenants.Manage and supervise the Property Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams.Prepare regular operational and management reports.Ensure all tenant requests and maintenance cases are followed up and closed within the required SLA.
