Requirements

Relevant clinical experience as a Specialist in Critical Care Medicine. DOH Abu Dhabi eligibility/license or eligibility to obtain one. Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU. Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. Manage mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic instability, sepsis, and other critical care emergencies. Perform and supervise appropriate critical care procedures. Participate in emergency response and resuscitation activities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Follow UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international standards of critical care.
