Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC BIM Modeling experience.
Consultant experience is highly preferred/mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
Good understanding of HVAC design principles and MEP coordination.
Experience with high-rise buildings, villas, residential and commercial projects.
Ability to understand HVAC design drawings, specifications and consultant comments.
Knowledge of UAE/GCC MEP standards and authority requirements is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

A candidate who has worked with an MEP Consultant/Engineering Consultant and has experience in HVAC design coordination, BIM modeling, consultant drawing review, clash detection, and reviewing contractor submissions.
