Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Produce and coordinate daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reporting for Global Payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
- Support Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) deliverables, including data gathering, documentation, and internal coordination
- Execute and evidence controls across reporting and governance processes; support issue remediation and audit/exam responses as required
- Prepare and maintain materials for monthly BCC meetings, including papers, updates, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Contribute to Resiliency Planning activities, including documentation, governance support, and process improvements
- Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to resolve data/process questions and improve reporting quality
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through standardization and automation
- Experience in reporting, governance, controls, risk, finance operations, or a related function
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines across varied deliverables
- Effective stakeholder management and written communication skills, with comfort producing concise governance materials
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Payments experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
