Build customer relationship and rapport, to engage with customer for providing information
about service, running promotion, new launches, understanding customer need and
recommending solution, updating customer about new services and products and follow up,
Attending to customer needs and engaging with them to generate sales.
Displaying attractive displays for in house and non-pharma products, liquidating the near expiry
products.
Understanding competition, promotion, products available with competitors and implement the
changes in store layout and pharmacy merchandise.
Involved in admin pharmacy work as expiry checking, inventory checking, supply arrangement,
not related to billing insurance and dispensing medication.
Education & Experience:
High School or Bachelors/Masters in management, business, marketing or any relevant field.
Preferred from healthcare or retail background.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales or any related.
