Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.Implement and monitor production plans to meet output targets and optimize resource utilization.Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall ???? Operations Management: Fully supervise all production phases to ensure timely product delivery according to set schedules.Task Allocation: Schedule daily work orders and allocate tasks across production lines (cutting, bending, pressing, punching, and welding).Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and monitor the performance of technicians, supervisors, and laborers to maximize productivity.Skills & TechnologiesWe are looking for a candidate who is not only a skilled engineer but also a natural leader.
