Additionally, this role is critical for commercial success, delivering detailed technical tender support for IT-heavy procurement, equipping local sales teams with specialized software training, and managing the local coordination of centralized marketing notifications and material introductions along with customer presentations and customer interactions.This role ensures immense commercial and operational impact by bridging the gap between highly complex global digital/software solutions and local field execution. This role ensure securing technical wins in highly competitive hospital IT and laboratory informatics tenders, and ensuring strict compliance with customer marketing notifications and system updates, this role directly protects and grows market share within the rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape.Major Responsibilities Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Drive specific portfolio call-to-actions, meticulously managing product life cycles, material introductions, and Phase-In/Phase-Out (PiPo) transitions to ensure zero disruption to customers or local revenue streams Technical Tender Support: Act as the ultimate subject matter expert for the RIS digital portfolios, providing highly detailed software specifications, IT architecture requirements, and data security documentation required to win complex procurement processes and informatics tenders Technical Training & Sales Enablement: Deliver and coordinate advanced technical product training for local commercial teams in strict alignment with global standards, ensuring sales teams can confidently articulate the value of Lab and Healthcare Insights.
