We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Acute Medicine Physician to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage patients presenting with acute and complex medical conditions, providing timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and coordinated care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions. Provide rapid clinical evaluation and appropriate treatment for undifferentiated and complex cases. Manage acute exacerbations of chronic medical conditions and medical emergencies. Coordinate patient care with emergency medicine, intensive care, specialty, and surgical teams. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on current clinical guidelines. Perform clinical procedures within the scope of training and expertise. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and clinical handovers. Support safe admission, discharge planning, and continuity of care. Contribute to clinical education, mentoring, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
