Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related roles.Strong understanding of landscape design, plants, and relevant regulatory requirements.Excellent observational and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Must be a Saudi National.
Description
HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a qualified Landscape/Architect Inspector to ensure that landscaping and architectural works are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and provide guidance to contractors to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and work processes on-site.Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions.Review project documentation and assist in ensuring that all submittals are in compliance with project requirements.Maintain detailed records of inspections, progress reports, and documentation of site activities.Collaborate with the project team to resolve design and construction issues.Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
