Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Dispute Management to join our team.Tasks & Responsibilities Implement strategies to handle disputes efficiently, minimizing legal actions and maintaining good relationships. Identify and manage cases of non-responsive, defaulting customers including late payments and dishonored cheques. Develop and execute action plans to address defaults, such as payment plans or legal proceedings. • Collaborate with the Collection Team to mediate and resolve conflicts. Manage customer suspension in instances of default. In coordination with Organizational Units collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all required documentations. Submission and follow up of cases to the Rental Dispute Center and the Legal Affairs Department. Liaise with Legal Office and other concerned Organizational Units to any escalation or in the event of arbitration and litigation. Coordinate and collaborate with relevant Organizational Units to implement necessary actions following a court order or judgment (e.g. unlocking premises, disposing of assets, auctioning equipment, writing off, etc.). Handle all internal and external communications with relevant stakeholder. Manage the team and oversee daily operation, Ensure proper maintenance of record and reporting to the management.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law.Valid legal license is mandatory.Experience in dispute resolution, legal affairs, or litigation.Strong knowledge of applicable UAE laws, regulations, and dispute resolution procedures.Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.
