Job Description
A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled specialist/consultant in oral medicine to join its multidisciplinary dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a state-of-the-art clinical environment, providing expert diagnosis and management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage oral mucosal diseases, salivary gland disorders, orofacial pain, and other complex oral conditions.
Evaluate and manage oral manifestations of systemic diseases.
Perform oral cancer screening and biopsy procedures where appropriate.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care with oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, oncologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Interpret radiographic and diagnostic investigations to support clinical decision-making.
Educate patients on preventive oral healthcare and long-term disease management.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and international standards.
Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing professional development.
