Requirements

Job SummaryAs a Consultant Fetal Medicine, you will be responsible for providing specialized medical care to pregnant women and their unborn babies. Your main role will be to diagnose, evaluate, and manage fetal abnormalities; provide consultation and counseling to parents-to-be; and perform fetal interventions when required. You will be working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities Diagnose, evaluate, and manage fetal abnormalities using advanced ultrasound and other diagnostic tools. Provide consultation and counseling to parents-to-be, explaining the findings and potential risks. Review medical history, perform physical exams, and order appropriate tests. Discuss risks and benefits of different treatment options and provide recommendations. Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized patient care plans. Conduct fetal interventions, such as fetal blood transfusions, fetoscopic surgery, or intrauterine procedures. Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely. Stay updated with the latest advancements in fetal medicine and attend conferences and workshops.
