With a strong track record in iconic bridges, marine, structural steel, and infrastructure projects, we are committed to innovation, quality, safety, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionTo ensure compliance with QCS 2014, applicable HSE regulations, and project-specific safety requirements while promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily HSE inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and HSE regulations. Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe working practices across all work activities. Review, verify, and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements. Assess and review Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MS) to ensure suitability and compliance. Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training sessions. Investigate incidents, accidents, hazardous occurrences, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation. Participate in and coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities. Monitor environmental compliance and implement environmental protection measures. Liaise and coordinate with the Client, consultants, and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters. Support internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe acts or unsafe conditions are identified.QualificationsSound knowledge of QCS 2014, applicable HSE regulations, and safety management systems. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory. Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in the GCC region. Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills.
