Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance technical solutions. Architect and oversee development of BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts. Provide technical leadership for Fusion Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities. Review and approve technical designs, coding standards, and solution architecture. Lead integration design and development using REST/SOAP services, OIC, and middleware technologies. Manage data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and reporting activities across finance modules. Drive sandbox customizations and UI enhancements using Page Composer and Application Composer. Collaborate with functional leads, business users, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with security standards, performance optimization, and data governance requirements. Support SIT, UAT, production migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Mentor technical team members and conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment documents, and support artifacts. Manage technical risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred: Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation experience. Experience in banking/financial services domain. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is an added advantage.
