Hey there!Are you one of those creative minds A character, a storytellerDo you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 yearsJoin the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels Dubai!Job Purpose:Handle all types of garments with care, ensuring they are protected from damage, shrinkage, and colour fading.Identify the appropriate laundering process based on garment care labels.Operate laundry machinery, including washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines.Inspect garments before processing and report any damages or items found in pockets.Ensure guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services are collected and returned promptly according to the guest's preferred timing.Conduct quality checks throughout the washing, dry-cleaning, drying, ironing, and folding processes.Maintain accurate records of laundry pick-ups, deliveries, and special guest instructions.Prepare laundry requisitions for guest supplies, stationery, chemicals, and other required materials.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and laundry carts.Monitor cleaning material consumption and maintain appropriate stock levels.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year work experience in a 5-star hotel or in an industrial laundry, preferably with international experience, working with culturally diverse teamGood knowledge of laundry chemicals and formulas and their proper application.Hands-on experience operating laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines.
