Job PurposeResponsible for driving and sustaining the sales growth of Genuine Spare Parts and IAM Parts through B2B channels by developing and managing a strong dealer and wholesaler network across Egypt. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets, expanding market coverage, strengthening business relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance parts sales and better serve Toyota customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly revenue and gross margin targetsDrive B2B sales of Genuine Spare Parts and IAM Parts across the assigned dealer and wholesaler networkDevelop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with dealers and wholesalersSet appropriate sales targets and product mix by region based on market potential and business opportunitiesPrepare and execute detailed sales action plans for assigned territoriesConduct regular market and wholesaler visits to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesMonitor wholesaler performance and follow up on agreed sales targets and action plansDrive the sale of aged stock in accordance with company policies and stock conditionsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of Toyota parts, product applications, vehicle models, and equivalent products from competing brandsMonitor Toyota product positioning against competitors and provide management with relevant market insightsAnalyze dealer opportunities, customer behavior, usage patterns, competitor activities, and market conditionsRecommend new products, product packs, and sales initiatives to support sustainable business growthRecommend appropriate point-of-sale support in line with company policyPrepare quarterly reports covering market opportunities, current market conditions, wholesaler performance, and improvement action plansQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive aftersales, spare parts, oils, or B2B/wholesale salesSolid knowledge of automotive aftersales products and spare partsGood understanding of B2B sales and dealer/wholesaler network operationsStrong market and business opportunity analysis skillsStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship management capabilitiesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organizing, and follow-up capabilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate with different stakeholdersResults-oriented with strong perseverance and the ability to manage multiple priorities
