Job description:Job Purposedeveloping architectural designs from concept through detailed design, preparing coordinated drawings, supportingmultidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards. Key Accountability Areas Architectural Design Development:Develop architectural designs from concept through schematic and detailed design stages.Review architectural materials, finishes, specifications, and construction details.Support design options and design development activities.Technical Documentation & BIM:Prepare coordinated architectural drawings, Revit models, construction documents, details, schedules, and presentation materials.Ensure compliance with BIM requirements and documentation standards.Multidisciplinary Coordination:Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other disciplines.Review multidisciplinary drawings, identify clashes and design conflicts, and support their resolution.Participate in coordination meetings.Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, authority regulations, and client standards.Incorporate comments received from clients, consultants, authorities, and internal review teams.Review design outputs to maintain quality and consistency.Project Support & Delivery:Support design submissions and reports.Manage assigned tasks and deliverables.Support the architectural team in meeting project deadlines and project objectives.Role AccountabilityHR Proficiency:Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the jobTo have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
