Amazon is seeking a Change Specialist for our Delivery Partner Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of changes across Amazon's Delivery Service Partners.Key job responsibilitiesExecute assigned tasks within cross-functional change programs, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standardFollow established change management procedures, frameworks, and templates consistentlyMaintain accurate records in change management tools (e.g., trackers, request logs, Asana boards) and ensure data hygieneSupport information gathering for change prioritization by compiling data, pulling reports, and organizing inputsA day in the life1- Tracking and progressing change requests through the pipeline, ensuring each request is logged accurately, stakeholders are notified, and SLAs are met at every stage of the approval process.2-Monitoring change implementation status across DSP accounts, updating trackers, flagging delays or blockers, and escalating risks to the Change Manager for resolution.3- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on timelines, and ensure change readiness before go-live.About The TeamAmazon's Delivery Partner Management team is responsible for managing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across networks across the region. They manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business.
