Job DescriptionUAE Nationals Encouraged to ApplyAre you passionate about aviation, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced operational environment Join our Operations Team and play a critical role in ensuring seamless airline operations by managing crew activities and supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of our flight network.As a Crew Scheduler, you will be at the heart of airline operations, proactively resolving operational challenges, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring our crew resources are managed effectively while maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.What You'll DoKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily crew operations to ensure uninterrupted flight schedules and operational excellence. Proactively identify potential disruptions affecting crew rosters and implement effective contingency plans to minimize operational impact. Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Regulations, company policies, operating manuals, and established procedures. Coordinate and communicate professionally with flight and cabin crew through various communication channels, providing timely support and guidance. Manage crew legality, utilization, fatigue, overtime, and operational requirements to maintain safety, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Utilize standby crew effectively to maintain network reliability and operational continuity. Collaborate closely with Operations Control, Crew Planning, Airport Operations, and other key stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Crew Operations function.
