As a retail sales associate, you will assist customers, promote and sell a variety of souvenir merchandise, provide product recommendations, process transactions accurately, maintain attractive store displays, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Recommend products and maximize sales opportunities.
Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and store standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
