Job Title: Security Project ManagerReporting to: Operations Manager / Branch ManagerDirect Reports: Security Guards, Site Supervisors, Project CoordinatorLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEThe JobThe successful candidate will be accountable for (but not limited to) the following:Operations & AdministrationEnsure guards at site are carrying out their day to day responsibilities and preparing daily / feedback reports.Carry out random checks day / night of the posts to ensure personnel are performing duty efficiently, check turnout whenever necessary.Maintenance of discipline of the guard force and issue of disciplinary reports.Day to day administration of site guard force – sanctioning of leaves and deployment of relieversRecommend termination to immediate superior in case of continued indiscipline by the guard.Recommend promotion / salary increment for employees with excellent performance record / those scoring high marks in tests. Issue letters of appreciation for work well doneTraining & deployment of security personnel as per client's / new contract requirements and coordinating with Branch Manager.Accurately filling and forwarding the reports to BM & Accounts to enable preparation of correct invoices.Co-ordination with accounts department for follow-up / receipt of payment from clients.Follow up with clients to ensure contracts are signed and renewed to safeguard G4S interests.Adherence to Health and Safety and Quality Management System procedures and its performance.Sales & Client RelationsGenerating enquiries and preparation of quotations based on client requirements & site surveys, if required.Meet clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with our serviceImmediate follow up with clients in case of complaints / incidents & in case of any emergency.Prompt reply to clients correspondence/additional deployment requests/change of guard etc.Selection CriteriaDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university.Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in the private security field preferably from the service industry, leisure and hospitality sector, or travel and tourism.Must have a valid SIRA security license.Effective communication skills, written and verbalProven ability to handle conflict resolution & de-escalationLeadership skills.
