Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, or any relevant technical field) with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in commissioning, including at least 3 years in offshore projects. Proven experience managing commissioning activities in large-scale industrial, EPC/EPIC oil & gas, or power generation projects, and a track record of successfully commissioning complex systems and managing multidisciplinary teams. Must possess technical expertise in commissioning processes, systems, and equipment, along with proficiency in preparing commissioning engineering documents, method statements, and managing completion systems like ICAPS/winPCS. Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, attention to detail, risk management, cost management, and HSE awareness are essential.
