Dubai is a key strategic operating hub, connecting East and West and supporting the next phase of the business's global growth across the UK, US and Asia.About the role:A hands-on bookkeeping role supporting the Finance and Operations teams across the Group, covering sales and inventory reconciliation, accounts payable support, VAT compliance and supply-chain finance liaison.Responsibilities:Ensuring sales physically fulfilled are reflected as fulfilled/invoiced across all systems of the business to ensure accurate sales and inventory reporting.Bank reconciliation and payment loading to bank as required to support the Accounts Payable Clerk.Invoicing customers for Live Show Sales and payment collection control.Liaising between live show partners and supply chain to ensure seamless end to end fulfilment.Managing Goods Invoiced Not Received (GINR) to ensure suppliers deliver against paid stock.Ad hoc general administrative tasks to support the Finance Department.Candidate requirements:Minimum of 3 years relevant bookkeeping, transactional finance or inventory-accounting experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or an equivalent qualification.Past use of a Warehouse Management System and experience in transactional-level inventory accounting (goods receipting, dispatch and stock movement matching).Effective communication skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in prioritising workload.Flexible attitude conducive for continuous improvement.Adaptive to change with a positive outlook.Interested candidates should include their expected salary in their application message.
