Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in transport or infrastructure-related procurement.Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and supplier contracts in the transport sector.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading and developing procurement teams to deliver high performance.Familiarity with procurement regulations and practices within Saudi Arabia is advantageous.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

This role demands a strategic leader with expertise in procurement management, particularly focused on transportation projects, to support the development of Qiddiya as a premier entertainment and lifestyle destination.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies tailored to the transport sector’s requirements.Lead the procurement lifecycle including sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management specific to transport-related goods and services.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define procurement needs and ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules.Manage supplier performance, risk, and compliance ensuring quality standards are met consistently.Stay abreast of transport industry procurement trends, technologies, and market movements to drive innovation and cost-efficiency.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and governance frameworks.Prepare detailed procurement reports and KPIs for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.Lead and develop procurement team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
