Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Agriculture/Horticulture and a minimum of 15+ years experience, Minimum 5 years experience in UAE.
- - Strong ability in Construction, Cost Management and Project Execution
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal (English, Arabic is a plus)
- - Advanced knowledge with the ability to read and interpret construction plans (details, scale, notes, etc.)
- - Proven ability to lead with a professional demeanour in adverse situations
- - Sound working knowledge in Construction ERP software, Primavera and AutoCAD
- - Demonstrable skills in Value Engineering and Cost Control techniques
