Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential investment banking summer analyst opportunity at a bulge bracket investment bank in Dubai for Summer 2027. A role would offer hands-on exposure to M&A advisory, capital markets execution, and financial modelling across active live deal teams in the DIFC. Interns could work directly alongside associates, vice presidents, and managing directors and gain real-world experience in investment banking that goes well beyond the classroom.Conduct in-depth industry research, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction screens to support active M&A and capital markets mandates across the Middle EastDraft pitch books, management presentations, and client memoranda for review by senior bankersAssist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across live transactionsPrepare materials for client meetings, bake-offs, and deal closingsCollaborate with product and coverage teams on transaction strategy and client communication
