Requires 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with strong hands-on experience in Figma and modern design tools. Must have proven experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design. Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy digital interfaces and working with Product and Software Engineering teams in Agile environments is essential. Strong understanding of design systems and reusable UI components, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, is required. Fluent professional English is a must.
Description
We are looking for a UX / UI Designer to support the design and continuous improvement of a complex digital platform.The role will focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly and visually consistent digital experiences across web-based products and operational interfaces.
