About The Job

Independently produce Architectural 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, 2D drawings, schedule, MTO, detailing complying/considering installation & fabrication aspect as well as complying to design code requirement of offshore Living Quarter and Technical Building project.

Development of architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Coordination of architectural models with structural, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines.
Production of details drawings, schedules and quantity take-offs from the BIM model.
Ensuring model accuracy, project compliance and clash-free design deliverables.

Main Accountabilities

Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, building codes, regulations and recognized industry standards related to architectural design.
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit throughout project execution.
Prepare and check Living Quarter and Technical Building architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and BIM deliverables in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
Generate quantity take-offs, room schedules, door and window schedules, and other project-related reports from Revit models.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines.
Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and clash detection exercises.
Ensure architectural deliverables are effective, efficient and fit for purpose.
Provide support during design development, detailed design, procurement, construction and as-built stages.
Ensure quality and consistency of BIM modelling and project documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows and best practices.

Must have:
