About The Job

 

Independently produce Architectural 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, 2D drawings, schedule, MTO, detailing complying/considering installation & fabrication aspect as well as complying to design code requirement of offshore Living Quarter and Technical Building project.

  • Development of architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. 
  • Coordination of architectural models with structural, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines. 
  • Production of details drawings, schedules and quantity take-offs from the BIM model. 
  • Ensuring model accuracy, project compliance and clash-free design deliverables.

 

 

Main Accountabilities

 

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, building codes, regulations and recognized industry standards related to architectural design. 
  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit throughout project execution. 
  • Prepare and check Living Quarter and Technical Building architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and BIM deliverables in accordance with project requirements and schedules. 
  • Generate quantity take-offs, room schedules, door and window schedules, and other project-related reports from Revit models. 
  • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines. 
  • Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and clash detection exercises. 
  • Ensure architectural deliverables are effective, efficient and fit for purpose. 
  • Provide support during design development, detailed design, procurement, construction and as-built stages. 
  • Ensure quality and consistency of BIM modelling and project documentation. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows and best practices.

 

About you:

  

Must have:

  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or related discipline.

  • Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection. 
  • Understanding of construction methods, site coordination and as-built documentation.
