Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any related field.Experience of 2-5 years in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, CRM tools, and IMS/IQVIA data analysis.Background in pharmaceutical sales operations, market research, performance tracking, or business intelligence.Ability to work in a regional role, supporting multiple markets, adapting to different commercial strategies, and aligning with corporate objectives.Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance sales force effectiveness.
