Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Document Control, preferably within real estate development, construction, Facility Management, or property operations. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English are required.
Description
Maintain and update logs for Modification requests and DLP cases, including their current status and closure.Organize and control drawings, approvals, Inspection Requests (IRs), and as-built documents, ensuring the latest versions are available.Track vendor and contractor submissions, approvals, pending items, and closure status.Coordinate with the Modification & DLP team, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other departments to collect and update required documents.Follow up on missing documents and pending approvals and report delays to the Modification & DLP Team Leader.Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports on Modification requests, DLP cases, submissions, approvals, and closure status.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for easy access, reference, and audit purposes.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Document Control, preferably within real estate development, construction, Facility Management, or property operations.Skills:Communication skills - Problem Solving - Decision Making.Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office – Fluency in English
