Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media, digital media, or a similar role. Strong practical experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Hands-on experience in video shooting, photography, video editing, and post-production. Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and social media creatives. Experience managing social media accounts and publishing content across major social media platforms. Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and basic content planning. Creative, proactive, and able to manage the content creation process independently. Strong portfolio of previous content, video, photography, or social media work is highly preferred.
