You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal Lucidya teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.This is a hands-on, project-based role (1 year) where you will be embedded with a specific customer (on-site at their office), overseeing day-to-day coordination, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that all project outcomes and deliverables are delivered as agreed. You will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handover.Act as the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing day-to-day coordination and execution.Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Lead project implementation activities for Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with agreed scope.Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely delivery.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges.Manage client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables.Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials.Contribute to improving project delivery processes and best practices.
