Requirements
Experience in project controls, portfolio reporting, TPM, construction delivery, data center infrastructure, or mission-critical project environments is required. Strong understanding of schedule tracking, cost reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and milestone management is necessary. Experience maintaining risk registers, dependency trackers, action logs, mitigation plans, and executive reporting packages is needed. Ability to validate project status, constraints, and assumptions through field engagement is essential, along with familiarity with procurement, supplier readiness, logistics, manufacturing, or industrialized delivery models. Understanding of turnover readiness, handoff processes, readiness gates, and closeout documentation is also required.
Description

We are seeking a Portfolio Integration, Project Controls & TPM SME to serve as a senior portfolio controls and execution analytics resource across assigned projects. This role supports integrated forecasting, cost and schedule visibility, risk tracking, turnover readiness, and TPM-driven execution discipline across the delivery portfolio.

The Portfolio Integration, Project Controls & TPM SME acts as the operational support bridge to the Director of Portfolio Integration, Project Controls & TPM by translating portfolio-level governance into accurate reporting, field-validated assumptions, recovery visibility, cross-project turnover readiness, and execution tracking.

Expected onsite presence is approximately 50%–60%, depending on project phase, reporting needs, and portfolio priorities.
