Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry (minimum 5 years preferred in GCC). Must have at least 5 years in a similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing teams. Offshore experience is a must. PMC experience is required. Proficiency in ETAP, Navisworks, Dialux, SPEL, and MS OFFICE is essential. Excellent English communication skills and knowledge of international codes and standards are required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer - Offshore with a proven track record in overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems on offshore platforms to ensure safe and efficient operation for a high-profile client.

  • Leading the design and implementation of electrical systems for offshore platforms to ensure they meet project specifications and operational requirements.
  • Ensuring that all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and equipment.
  • Developing and overseeing maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • Managing electrical engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to engineering teams and operations personnel.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with electrical systems on offshore platforms.
  • Ensuring that all electrical work meets quality standards and specifications.
