Requirements
Previous experience in real estate administration, property management or leasing operations in the UAE.
Good understanding of Dubai tenancy procedures, Ejari and general RERA requirements.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word and property-related documentation.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned matters.
This position is primarily an operations and property administration role, with emphasis on ensuring that tenancies, maintenance, documentation, rent collections and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and on time.
UAE Driving license and car is mandatory for this role .
