In this role, you will manage and lead digital transformation and system integration projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, leveraging Agile and other project management methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical challenges with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation and system integration initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology requirements.Agile Methodology:Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure rapid and efficient delivery. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, keeping projects flexible and iterative.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, analysts) and business stakeholders (operations, marketing, sales) to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
