Overview of the role The Assistant Manager - HR Analytics plays a crucial role in supporting the HR analytics, reporting, and automation agenda to meet the needs of the Real Estate HR function and broader business objectives. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Department Heads, to enhance manpower cost planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes. The role requires building and maintaining HR reporting systems, designing user-friendly dashboards, and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to executive reporting and group-level analytics initiatives, ensuring insights are timely and impactful. What you will do Manpower cost analytics Support MPC planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic review against actuals for both in-house and outsource populations. Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of the SAC system, providing guidance, training, and resolving issues for HRBPs and Finance partners. Dashboards & reporting Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions across the employee lifecycle. Promote dashboard adoption among HR and business stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness. Automation & AI Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio. Implement AI-enabled agents to enhance efficiency and encourage user adoption of automated solutions. Presentation of data Deliver clear and creative presentations of data findings, assumptions, and suggestions, both electronically and in person, using advanced presentation techniques. Total rewards support Manage monthly Total Rewards (TR) case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics, validations, and process improvements with HRBPs and Group TR. Data analysis Perform detailed data analysis to address complex business problems, understanding business processes, and applying appropriate data analysis techniques to recommend solutions. Business partnering Act as a trusted analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders, providing timely ad-hoc analyses, insights, and data-driven recommendations.
