Description
As a Quality Control Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our clients. You will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality throughout the production lifecycle. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess product quality. Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods against established quality standards. Identify defects and non-conformities in products and work with production teams to remedy issues. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports. Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Conduct training programs for staff on quality control processes and techniques.
