Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Project Management, Task Management, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Contracts, Project Billing). Proven track record of at least two ERP implementations with a focus on PPM solutions. Strong knowledge of PPM concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices. Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion application configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience supporting multinational organizations and working with large-scale digital transformation/ERP programs is desirable.

Job Purpose Responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes within Oracle Cloud applications. Serves as the subject matter expert for Oracle PPM Cloud modules, ensuring project management solutions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions. Oversees system configuration, enhancements, integrations, user support, and continuous process improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency, data accuracy, and project visibility. Provides strategic guidance, drives the adoption of best practices, and ensures the successful delivery of PPM capabilities that support organizational growth and project execution excellence.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Oracle PPM Implementation & OptimizationLead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.Ensure the System Integrator (SI) adheres to Oracle best practices and business requirements during configuration and customization activities.Review solution designs, functional specifications, and system setups to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize the value of Oracle PPM solutions.2. Business Analysis & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.Act as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, vendors, and system integrators.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure business needs are accurately translated into system solutions.Provide expert guidance on PPM processes, project governance, and industry best practices.3. System Integration & Solution DeliveryEnsure seamless integration between Oracle PPM and other Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise systems.Coordinate testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation outcomes.Support change management activities to facilitate smooth system adoption across the business.4. Post-Implementation Support & Continuous ImprovementProvide ongoing functional support and system administration for Oracle PPM applications.Lead system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues in collaboration with internal and external support teams.Develop, maintain, and update system documentation, process flows, configurations, and user guides.Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions to end users and key stakeholders.5.
