Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool providedWork closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, customers to achieve shortest possible request closing time maintain legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfactionWorking with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations. Working with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions implementation at customer sites. Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.Required QualificationBachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or/and Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related fields.Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.Electrical Safety awareness: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment. Desired CharacteristicsKnowledge of Power system theory based on the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, such as voltage, current, resistance, power, symmetrical components, etc. and Power system components: the main components include Generators, Transmission lines, Distribution lines, Substations, transformers, Loads, and protective devices.Ability to handle and deal with different level of customers beginners to experts maintaining same respect and demonstrate correct standards and theories Network analysis which is the process of analyzing the behavior of power system under different conditions. Power system protection: this includes designing and installing protective devices to protect the power system from faults.
