Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel-related services.
Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services while maximizing sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings while achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent pre- and post-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.

Arabic speakers, aged 33 and below
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, holiday packages, or related hospitality sector.
Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly targets; Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages and UAE travel & tourism experience are advantageous.
Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, holiday packages, flight, and hotel bookings; familiarity with GDS/reservation systems is an advantage.
