As part of the Supertech Group—which also includes Hala Yalla, Saudi's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA—we are continuously expanding our innovation footprint.We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to market tech products to the right stakeholders.Responsibilities:Help build the company's marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of workingSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, across relevant platformsResearch unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learnCreate campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assetsSet up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automationAsk the right questions before making decisions or starting executionClarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiativeWork with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partnersIdentify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating themTest new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunitiesMonitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actionsDocument successful processes so they can be repeated and scaledTake ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation
