Requirements
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in Fintech, Banking, or Software. Must possess the ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, interact with stakeholders at all levels, and have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Excel).
Description
Lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope and objectives in alignment with stakeholder requirements to ensure all projects deliverables are met on time and within scope. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects stay on track and achieve desired outcomes. Coordinate with team members, assign tasks to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, to provide updates on project status, changes, and issues. Assist in developing project management processes and tools to enhance the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
