Requirements
The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager will patrol property areas, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access. Responsibilities include conducting emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits. The role involves monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, authorizing access to secured areas, and assisting guests and employees during emergencies. Responding to accidents, administering first aid/CPR, gathering information, completing reports, and maintaining confidentiality are also key duties. The position requires defusing disturbances, resolving safety hazards, handling interruptions and complaints, and escorting unwelcome persons from the property. Ensuring compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and calling for assistance using proper code responses are also part of the role. The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager will also assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model, and upholding company policies and procedures, including reporting accidents and unsafe work conditions, completing safety training, and protecting company assets.

Position summary
Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard and safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor closed circuit televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas. Assist guests and employees during emergency situations. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Gather information and complete reports. Maintain confidentiality of reports and documents; release information to authorized individuals. Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures. Resolve safety hazard situations. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Escort unwelcome persons from the property. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Provide proper paperwork to employees.
Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
