Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a qualified teacher with an SEN Qualification (Master's level or external certification on an aspect of SEN). A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of SEN, with previous experience in leading SEN/Learning Support in a primary/secondary school, is required. Demonstrated expertise in leading a special education or inclusion team, experience in maintaining SEN registers, developing IEPs and intervention plans, and administering standardized assessments are key skills.
