Job DescriptionAldar Education are currently seeking a Head of Inclusion - (AY 2026/2027) for Al Shohub Private School to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.Al Shohub Private School is a British curriculum, part of Aldar Schools, offering mixed gender primary school located in a purpose-built educational facility, at Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. Al Shohub Private School was founded in 1999 by Her Highness Sheikha Shaikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan to provide exceptional education in Abu Dhabi. The large majority of our students are Emiratis. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.ResponsibilitiesMain Duties:Encourage and promote inclusion across the school at all levelsBe an exemplary classroom teacher, supporting and guiding staff on SEN and inclusion to promote high standards of educational achievementLiaise closely with colleagues from other schools, outside agencies and other professionalsLine manage staff employed to support children with special needsMaintain accurate records, IEPs and coordinate care plansProvide full induction and training for the school Inclusion team and Inclusion assistants.
