Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a Manufacturing/Production environment, with significant experience in a leadership or managerial role.Skills & Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in:Engineering principles and applications.Advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques.Proven ability in Process Improvement, including practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Strong understanding and implementation experience with ISO Standards.Proficiency in Data Analysis for quality metrics and problem-solving.Exceptional Team Leadership and development capabilities.Expertise in Problem Solving and root cause analysis.Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance relevant to manufacturing.Experience with Supplier Quality Management.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is highly preferred.Career Level: This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Manager ready to take ownership and drive excellence.
