We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Clinic Manager to lead both technical clinical operations and administrative management at our small animal (pet) clinic in Doha. The ideal candidate will combine comprehensive hands-on veterinary expertise with strong leadership capabilities to ensure top-quality care for pets and seamless daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Clinical Duties ▪Pet Healthcare: Diagnose and treat various diseases and health conditions in small animals, including dogs and cats. ▪Surgical Procedures: Perform a wide range of surgical operations for small animals with full technical proficiency. ▪Diagnostics: Interpret X-rays, lab test results, and perform necessary diagnostic evaluations. ▪Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment programs and prescribe appropriate medications.Administrative & Operational Duties ▪Clinic Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage veterinary staff, and maintain efficient workflow. ▪Staff Management: Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, overtime coordination, and staff payroll administration. ▪Inventory & Purchasing: Manage clinic supplies, source pharmaceuticals, and handle medical inventory procurement.Qualifications & Requirements ▪Education: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent). ▪Experience: 8+ Years Proven experience managing a veterinary clinic with a focus on small animals/pets. ▪Technical Skills: Fully proficient in small animal surgery, medical diagnosis, X-ray interpretation, and lab analysis. ▪Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in team leadership, inventory purchasing, staff scheduling, and operational organization. ▪Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
